1hen you choose to create a personalized likeness model, you upload photos of yourself directly to Sift. These photos are used solely to generate your AI likeness model and for no other purpose.

Your photos are transmitted to a trusted third-party AI processor that we use to power Sift’s likeness generation. This processor acts on our instructions only and is contractually prohibited from using your images or likeness data for any purpose beyond generating your model. We do not sell, share, or license your photos or likeness to any other party.

Sift does not store your original uploaded photos on our own servers beyond what is necessary to initiate the model creation process. Once your likeness model is successfully created, we request deletion of your original images from our processor. Your likeness model itself is stored on our processor’s infrastructure and is used exclusively to generate moodboards for your personal use.

Your likeness model is used only to generate personalized moodboards for you within Sift. It will not be used for marketing, advertising, model training, analytics, or shared with other users or third parties under any circumstances.

You may request deletion of your likeness model at any time by contacting us at enquiry@sift-info.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your model and request deletion of any associated data from our processor. Once deleted, your likeness cannot be regenerated without new photos and your explicit consent.

By uploading photos to create a likeness model, you explicitly consent to the processing described above. You may withdraw this consent at any time by requesting deletion of your model.
